big issue when trying to entertain 2 young kids in a small space

pool's floor, my bathroom didnt have a lock, the pond had a bit of trash visible from my bedroom,

friendly staff very clean good breakfast

fresh and plentiful breakfast in the morning

black mold on the cieling, the wall was water saturated, chose motel because it said it had a spa and did not

room, so stressful after long busy day traveling, then having to wait for room change with pet

room was cozy and clean and breakfast was very enjoyable

also on my saturday night stay, we had to evacuate in the rain because the kitchen staff burnt something at

breakfast was ok but could do better.

perfect highway adjacent accommodation. nice kitchen amenities in the room.

the manager or whomever thought we were having a party because it was me and 4 kids and my other family with

on and off the highway and was a easy check in with two young kids after a long day traveling

kids couldn't use pool because of the amount of chlorine

there are some college kids staying there due to housing shortages on vsu campus so it can be noisy

kids do eat free though

elevator scared me by making some scary noises, and they were kids running around making noise when we were

really liked the sectional fold out couch - it worked wonders for us being able to lay with the kids until they

didn t like, the overall stay was great and the location was amazing for being able to get the kids dinner

also had a laundry room which was handy

pool was merky. grass cutting at 8am woke me up.

i booked a room for the night so my daughter could enjoy their indoor pool for her birthday

the starbucks in the lobby was closed, the pool was closed and no breakfast.

pool was definitely smaller than i was expecting

rates could have been less, and how about a free breakfast - when you pay 150 for one night you can throw in

nothing they was horrible to me and my kids

when you have tired small kids going to your room faster to rest with them helps

i stayed there a couple nights and the first night before i gave my kids a bath, my youngest one she accidentally

we had to move the beds slightly so the kids won t fall off the bed, and what we found was horrific

me another night at the room didnt say why or what reason telling me get out here calling my kids ugly the only

needed to get sheets for the pull out couch bed for our kids and they didn t have any blankets for the bed so

we had a ton of luggage and asked for a roll cart as i saw some of the college kids had some but when asked i

us in was doing like 5 jobs, checking people in, help with luggage, managing birthday party kids, replenishing

there were a bunch of kids in the pool and they weren't very supervised

the room next to mine had a bunch of kids that were noisy until after midnight, running and yelling in the

run down but inside looked good and the playground needs to be upgraded looked to dangerous for kids to play on

there were sketchy people outside hanging out in the parking lots, there was a shooting on our road so we stayed

love pet friendly and parking right outside my room

when we pulled around back to our room there were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot as well

would not allow my kids who are teenagers out of the room without a parent with them

at blue or something and a broken mason jar was under kids bed

a non smoking property with people hanging out on the outside walkways smoking, washing cars, kids riding bikes

the hotel room smells bad, mostly weed,.. very bad for family with kids also very old room

bad place do not go if you travel with family and kids nasty place do not waste your money

we need a comfortable sleep with kids at a reasonable price

not ideal to walk past with two little kids

there was kids running up and down the hallway when we checked in our room wasn't sure if the kid was staying

had to wait half an hour for the manager to check us in ( with 2 tired from a road trip kids)

as a parent of two special needs kids, this property is not recommended and is deplorable in its customer

airport shuttle clean room restaurant on site- waiter was outstanding

everything was disabled the pool, the breakfast, and the chair was broken.

only issue, the 2 rooms across the hall, must have snuck in a bunch f kids, there were about 15 kids in the 2

there was a soccer tournament taking place, although there were lots of kids, it wasn t noisy

the beds were great and the extra pillows. the pull out couch was great for the kids.

kids running through the 3rd floor chasing each other with nerf guns being obnoxiously loud

had one problem that could be update for the kids with gaming consoles it wouldn t let us connect our ps5

staff was really helpful i pulled over because the rain and wind was getting crazy with 4 cranky kids and they

by the time i reached the room and looked around, i told my kids to not sit down, we were leaving

i had 4 kids with me and they loved it so much they wanted to stay longer

was no breakfast and the kids was disappointed because the pool was closed

in the halls and why weren t the halls being monitored and that i did not feel safe with the kids hanging out

multiple soccer teams at the property and lots of the kids and some adults were not wearing masks

the chaperones were not too interested as to what the kids where up to

shuttle driver was late by 15 minutes

i didn't eat the breakfast i had an appointment. parking was great

breakfast was also understaffed for size of crowd and food and coffee ran out so didn t get

the breakfast choices were limited, but sufficient.

we enjoyed an evening by the fire pit followed by a dip in the pool which was both warm and clean

breakfast had a nice variety

the location and the free breakfast but there was none only kids eat free with paid adults ?

picked a hotel with a pool so the kids could have fun before our flight home but pool hours were very limited

this made it hard for little kids to sleep

the water was to cold for the kids anyway

gave me free parking for the room inconvenience, but meh

good location and hotel had some outside entertainment for kids (tumble tower, form 4)

my stay there was a large group having dinner in the hotel restaurant, and they left about 6 kids run free

our king studio with kitchen room was beautiful and clean

they also have free wifi and netflix

i wanted more i needed to go to the bistro and purchase even though she had just moved it to the kitchen seconds

it is difficult when you travel with kids as they gets hungry at any time

the location and the shuttle service, richard was fantastic.

- dirty linens and mattress (pictures below) - poor wifi that timed out every 20 minutes of

that it didn't have a shuttle to transport if it rains and parking deck prices are to high.

also, the fact that a shuttle only runs from 7 am-7pm is crazy
