the hotel really is an oasis from the busy hustle of merida, the bar and great restaurant offer great cocktails
service, attention to detail was great, food was wonderful, good wifi and the place was very peaceful
the walls are a bit thin. you can hear people outside the pool area
could have a few more breakfast options for those that don't like eggs

if you have a booking with multiple kids maybe best not to put them upstairs, kids running around until

very disappointing especially when one has young kids who only care about the pool

stayed with 2 kids in the hot summer and really liked the hotel
there was a noisy family with kids who didn t seem to have inside voices, and the parents were very lax about
it has a bar and restaurant attached with lovely staff and good food
the restaurant bar was also great and very attentive and friendly staff and tasty good value food and drinks
wifi connectivity but it didn't bother me too much since i didn't come there to work or watch

excellent location and suitable stay for family with kids
had three rooms, with a set of grandparents, then two families with tw kids each
place could use some renovation my kids had the garden room but this room has no windows at all if you want
after unloading the baggage, an employee of the hotel parked the car at a secure parking (valet parking)
desk and reception staff were very attentive and helpful, including taking our laundry to an express launderette
