is a lovely town and we enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and most of all the park where the kids could play soccer
for a hotel that's quite average for the lake district, with no sauna or swimming pool, the wifi isn't properly
night, could hear a washing machine, alarms and walking around, our room must have been under the laundry room
we had room service and some complimentary chocolates were a thoughtful touch

hotel is not really kids friendly as there is no area designed for them at all
kids running riot whilst trying to enjoy a quite drink within the louge area

menu said freshly squeezed orange juice - and we got those little packs you get for your kids for school

staff were great with the kids, kids portions for breakfast were huge though
especially the ladies at breakfast who were genuinely interested in how you were, very helpful with suggestions

lots of shops restaurants and hiking areas, near parks for kids too
quiet , comfort , the owners were very accommodating too . our kids slept well.
by mountains with a beautiful green in front of the property with crazy golf, which the kids loved
just on the edge of the town, so no noise and across from the recreational grounds so the kids loved it

from the minute we walked in everyone and everything was perfect, the room was lovely the bar area and restaurant
food has a good selection and the bar is also good

room was really big, we had a family room so the kids had their own bed room which they loved

at the moment of the hill and walked up - only a few extra steps away at most - luckily there was parking
the spa bath in my room was a pleasant surprise and just what i needed after cycling
parking was ok, a bit tricky getting through the large stop gateposts which are tight but if not
