the kids took the towels to the pool and my wife (who had just showered) was left without a towel and a

of noise - from the room overhead with kids (i hope) jumping around to the outdoor firepit area where someone

heated indoor pool was a great feature--my kids had so much fun

the pool was closed due to covid-19 and my kids where bumed out..

pool was cold, so my kids wouldn't swim in it

i would have preferred to have the pool outside and a jacuzzi but the pool was fun for our kids

i had to stop the check-in process to go get my husband's id, who was waiting in the car with our kids

had to spend $200 more on reserving another room because my kids were too many(4) mind you, all under age that

thankfully we had a sound machine for our kids otherwise they would have been awoken by the hallway sounds and

only disadvantage was that the breakfast area lacked space for everyone

my kids were noisy nobody complained the maids were extremely friendly

explain to him that it may look like 1 person is taking alot of stuff but i'm a mom while the kids are getting

kids really wanted to go swimming however the pool which is normally heated was freezing cold and

i entered 3 adults and 3 kids (all under 10) into the experian platform

love that i had two queen beds and two separate rooms and a kitchenette

no judgement on what those ladies do for a living but there were kids running around so not a nice thing for

my kids didn t even want to shower it was so disgusting

the floor is very dirty. i don t recommend to family travelling with kids.

we also appreciated thta during covid the staff still provide breakfast in bags for guests to take

they were letting kids run and play through the hallways.

everything. great pool for kids and hot tub too. spotlessly clean. lovely staff.

they don t charge extra for kids who swim in the pool with the added expense of cleaning

rooms were clean and modern, the bed and pillows were comfy and it was nice that breakfast went until 10 instead

view was nice, cute room and loved the fireplace and the shower.

i had my kids waiting to get in the room for 30 mins since our key didn't work to the room

we arranged our stay with over the phone mixed up our details, we has to sit in our car with two kids crying

our kids had to lay all in one bed since no sofa bed was given as described when i booked

great place to stay for families / travelling with kids

pool and breakfast were not available due to covid and i don't believe that was stated anywhere

the rooms were large, and the kitchen with all the pottery and utensils allowed cooking away from home a

breakfast was excellent

the pool was great for the kids after a long day of soccer games!

they apparently didn t take down the room they assigned me to so at 9pm that night after my kids had gone to

very rowdy and noisy teen kids

also, the walls are thin so it was not fun waking up to screaming kids in the next room

we did not have breakfast here
