the wifi didn't initially work, but staff fixed that

our request to change one room to be closer to the other room so thag we could be closer to our kids
in the rest areas they have they only permit drinking water near the pool not even juice for the kids
there was a nice grassy courtyard with a pool and wading pool for kids

the hotel has a nice pool area and kids pool, and provides food and drinks service outside

was not advertised that the gym and pool would be closed due to covid
was very friendly and helped me with my luggage and parked my car because there wasn't much parking

were only 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 kids and we called to get more but the desk didn't pick up
and coffee from the other room so we had extra which was great because we were traveling with the kids

on another note the kitchen staff was quite nice
sewer smell in the lobby area, large fee for having a pet
breakfast was good ,and beer michelladas excellent
i was also impressed with the full cocktail bar in the lobby
