guest was watching my kids and said if they keep looking at him he'd go back to jail
the screaming kids back & forth in front of my room wasn't fun either
there they stoled are stuff to many drug deals going down junkies aways there all night long the kids there
kids were noises , skateboarding at night and couldn't sleep

only thing we were disappointed about was the pool

pool and jacuzzi were very maintained

the pool area looked like a tornado hit it after people or unsupported kids just thrown down the hotel pool

very cold water in the pool, even kids could not feel comfortable in it
but pool hasn't been opened in years, despite what website says if you are looking to entertain kids
staff cannot be reached by phone and we waited in lobby to checkin until the staff from doing laundry
we even had a drink at the bar that evening which was a surprise added bonus
same person checking me in was also doing laundry

carpet old. shower didn t work well at all. very noisy and hear people with kids above us.
this man was exceptional at his job and made two long travel days with young kids so much easier those nights
the kids were looking forward to taking a swim but the pool was down for repairs.
staff was friendly and took the time to say hi to the kids
on first floor - but did not have any overhead noise or talking from nextdoor (who had multiple kids)

noticed the first night we were there a car with 2 adults and 5 kids pulled up and met someone that was apparently
closed due to covid-19, was told 3 different things 1rst when we arrived that we had access to pool and hot tub
