every thing was perfect my kids enjoyed very much
floor we were on had a kids baseball team and they were loud to say the least

the pool was indoors and filled to overflowing with kids from am to pm
pool was not heated, we were traveling with kids and that's why we chose this hotel
we were able to swim at a different location, we still had to drive there and back (with wet kids)
my kids were disappointed that the pool was closed.

pool room with the sauna had a family in it with kids and they were very loud and didn't seem to care

front desk guy was rude when we checked into our rooms with 5 kids in tow.
there was kids jumping all day until about 12pm and i called the desk 2 times to complain
place ever i was so uncomfortable i had to go buy my own cleaning products before allowing my kids to stay there
nothing i talked w manger about wifi, my over all is impressive and the manager there is workin on remodeling
my room on the ground floor looked directly into the parking lot so i didn't have much privacy

it was plenty spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids without feeling crowded

i didn t like the kids running up and down the hallway into the evening hours.
specifically searched a hotel with a pool as i had 3 kids with me and we got there and the pool was closed and
the kids complained and said sleeping on the floor was more comfortable
the suite had a sofa bed. it's hard finding hotels like this. i have 4 kids so this was great!

that my room was next to a couple that was having loud sex all times of the night while my young kids that can

about the hotel is the friendly staff, spacious room big enough for me my husband and my three kids, the room
however, when we got there, we were advised the kids didn t get free breakfast because they were over the

only when we reached there at check in that they inform us, which makes it really difficult with kids

like 20 people in the pool which is not big, mostly kids jumping off sides, running, screaming while parents
