there was noise from the people who was cleaning the pool area, yelling at each other
staff were unfriendly rooms were dusty dishes were not clean and very dusty kitchen cabinets were very dusty

especially with putting music on loud in the bar area there is no reception area in case of having any issues

the beach private was beautiful, calm water (great for kids) and really close, 2mins walk from the rooms

this hotel is ok for families with teenage kids, however it does not deserve the 5* luxury title
for children it s ok because it has the water slide and some kids pool
paid for adults only and it was anything but, kids in the halls, pool, and restaurants
were under the impression that it was the adults only side but there were many kids

it was confusing booking this hotel because even though we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, the confirmation
