i stayed in a family room with my husband and 2 young kids, 2 small adjoining rooms for privacy
location and beautiful gardens which the kids enjoyed exploring
friendly staff and the food was really good family room was really big loads space for the kids
the room was very big, the kids were delighted
the gardens are excellent, there is plenty of parking and the wifi worked perfectly

pool in the spa, there is a pool in a separate part of hotel but it can be overran with kids, would of expected

we loved the breakfast, my kids enjoyed the pancakes and waffles
little apartment for me and the two kids; friendly staff; very nice property; great

but then don t seem too keen on them being there, park hotel went above and beyond for my kids

personally wanted to go away with my partner for a night away without kids and for the price we paid i dont
also said it was open til 9 for kids
stay was very disappointing as we went for a rest away from the kids,we didn't sleep a wink as the bed was awful
evening there was a group of kids running around the lobby & the upstairs floors, of course this wasnt the hotels
no leisure centre access for kids. very diasappointing

the kitchen was huge and we were able to make some of our own food there

would be helpful for families with young kids (who tend to wake up very early) or those who are doing long day

it was narrow, not overly long and had a kids bed included taking up the little space that was there and for
the junior suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi. the kids loved it.
also for a family room, which we booked, especially [2 kids plus a couple] the room was very small, there was

the home was clean. kids enjoyed the golf kit.
the double was too small for both kids so one of them had to sleep in the king with us

to enjoy a relaxing night away but upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was packed with kids and santa and
there were petit fours in our room and a little box of two truffles in our kids' room

the spa was phenomenal, 3 hot tubs, one is outside, a sauna, and a nice big pool with no kids allowed under 1
there is nothing to entertain the kids if the weather is awful outside.
