my kids were extremely uncomfortable with hotel and neighborhood and lack of security in building

it was close to downtown. the only thing i didn't like was the parking lot was a little icey.

we are traveling with 5 kids, and it would have been nice to give them something quik, and not wait for more

spa that was advertised was no longer there, our room was next to the 24 hour gym and there was a consistent

we did not eat at the restaurant, but did eat at the bar and the food was excellent

due to covid, the spa was not open and they had a policy of not cleaning the room until your third day

the breakfast was good. the dinner selection was limited and in the bar area.

t realize it s so new and didn t have a bar, no restaurant, no gym,,,, nothing

facilities, comfortable room, nice little coffee shop for the morning, and a pretty bar for a

facilities exceeded expectations - clean and very comfortable room, gym spotless with top notch equipment,

the atmosphere, the staff, the location and the breakfast.

only recommendation i would make is to have the pool hours change where after 8pm, only kids 13+ can access the

breakfast and also an evening meal was served, great location, free laundry, large suite with kitchen was great

was smaller than expected so wasn't my fav when there were many kids but the hours are 7am to 11pm so we went
