complaint at 730 that we would be kicked out if it happen again and it was 250 for anymore then 6 kids to swim

it was close to airport and they gave us a separate room for the kids the room was very clean and the staff was

the first night we arrived, and they closed the entire pool and hot tub down for maintenance, the kids were

only recommendation i would make is to have the pool hours change where after 8pm, only kids 13+ can access the

family with 6 kids were put above me on the 4th floor and were running around for hours

there was so many kids there we couldn t enjoy the pool or hot tub and they ran through the halls until late

my kids had a blast and we basically had it to ourselves the 3 days we were there which was awesome

the location is a little out of the way, but they have a free airport shuttle and a reasonable shuttle to

granddaughter spent four hours in the pool

i couldn't contact the hotel to get their shuttle

i'd be ok if travel alone but with family and kids it's definitely not place to stay

my kids were extremely uncomfortable with hotel and neighborhood and lack of security in building

noise either parents screaming at their kids or domestic dispute

i just can t be there for an hour due to me wanted my kids to be in a safe area

small home size gym is a nice touch

shower was missing a shelf to put a razor on and a bar for ladies to rest a foot on

we just stayed one day but we got to see the gym and leisure area at floor level 1 and it s amazing

my kids and i did not feel safe and it was not a pleasant experience

i was very happy with everything. they have a very nice restaurant, and a bar at the property.

everything... the heated bathroom floor especially. the kitchen and laundry were a big help

their teenage kids were in the hall talking on the phone being loud

tub,and flushing the toilet,plus when people walk in the hallway u can hear them walking hard and kids running

free wifi (important for out of state/country travelers) and upon arrival it wasn t working

property is very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that can provide transportation

wifi didn t work and the staff was not helpful when i asked them to help me also when i arrived

the bar was cool but wasnt all that

there is also kind of kitchen in the room (which was good), but no spoons, forks, knives, plates etc
