our room was a non smoking room but our comforters had cigarette burns in them along with other random stains
breakfast fresh & hot and with the hotel staff made me feel like i was appreciated

the reason we came was to visit grandkids and great-grandkids
i probably would not visit again because l requested a non smoking room (which l received) yet i also received

instead of being charged for one order of eggs the server charged me 6 additional dollars for a kids meal which
need a firm bed and don t want the pool i would recommend just not for my family and having kids
so helpful, got our kids' juice and got me a drink carrier to make it all easier

but y'all provided a place to stay that was relaxing access to wifi, tv, pool, gym for our kids and hot water

i found out they canceled it when i called them to request an early check in
rooftop bar and lobby bar. rooms are small but that s part of the deal in staying there!
like the main interests of the hotel its very unique i love the bar settings downstairs, rooftop bar was amazing
i also loved that you get a complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival
game room and bar area were great and the quesabarillas from the taco truck inside were amazing

the pool was great, the kids enjoyed it a lot
stayed in 317 and around 1am people were in the hall fighting and kids were up and down until 4am
a lot of noise from the kids running down the halls
you could hear kids jumping on the floor in other rooms

we got in the elevator to go to our room it smelled like weed i had my three kids with me ud83eudd26

the noise in the hallway at 10pm with kids running. my bathtub stopper didn't work for a bath.
the outdoor pool was open in april which was nice for the kids but it was super cold
when i went back up to the room and was talking to my fiance kids were running around the hall donky kickin,
at once and two you're not allowed to take your food up to your room unless you are sick or have kids

at front desk was wonderfull, me and my kids arrived at hotel by 11pm, she give them coloring pages and markers
