even though the hotel was full of soccer kids and parents, there was never a long wait for the elevator

parents could have watched their kids a little better but that has nothing to do with my stay

are on a trip there it has everything you need for a short stay specially when traveling with kids

the indoor/outdoor pool was great for my kids. clean and staff was pleasant.

we heard all noise from neighboring rooms and crowds of kids left unattended running and yelling throughout

we had two room, management canceled one the afternoon of arrival, sending our kids 30 mile north to get a room

advertised indoor heater pool yet there were about four kids and two adults in it when i asked about the

walks in the room above you it sounds like a herd of elephants and we could hear babies and kids cry and scream

we should have changed rooms but had little kids so it was too much trouble

the wifi speed was very fast so i was able to finish up my work very quickly.

friendliness of staff. hotel employee in the kitchen was very personable. beds were comfy

hard to connect to wifi. pool was small.

and the night clerk michael was amazing, super friendly and kind to my kids and i

the pool is small too indoor but works very well

gym area is not large, just a couple of people can use it at the same time
