kids enjoyed the heated pool

lots of kids and when cleaning staff moved furniture to clean sounded like elephants

kids described it as a 'hidden gem' and i agree

friendly morning staff and the pool is great for kids.

the breakfast was warm and fresh. the room was clean and comfortable

hotel staff great, only suggestion is pool area needed upgrade, pool furniture was in disrepair and needed

great staff check-in. convenient side access and parking. quiet. very clean.

we took our kids to the swimming pool and we were unable to get into the pool room

not put kids on upper floor had to call front desk to have them to quit stomping on floor after 10

construction going on after 7pm and a large group of kids running up and down the stairs until late at night,

got that hotel cause it was suppose to have a pool for my kids but it wasn't closed due to the pump not

beds, comfortable, but my kids and i did wake up with backaches.

pool was not working and we reached out to them prior with no response

hotel (walk through the condo parking garage behind the hotel) there is a little playground for kids along the

hotel was clean & my kids enjoyed the pool but accommodations are in need of updating

did not use the pool while i was there, but the kids from the tennis team seemed to enjoy it

they also have a playground on the grounds that is perfect for getting your kids unplugged and outside

it scared the kids and woke us every time it came back on

the king room was pretty snug, but good enough for me and my 2 kids

breakfast was excellent for the kids

it was comfortable and my kids liked it also pet friendly!

wifi was weak and dropped frequently, and because of the location of our room there was a fair bit
