that s tacky to me because the kids are out playing around in the property
while my kids were trying to fall asleep it was prettt clear that our neighbors had had a rough night and

there is a pool however it s not very big or deep, good for kids to cool off in
rooms were clean and we felt safe with kids
the breakfast was fabulous. it far exceeded the usual continental breakfast.
pillows smell bad swimming pool was not clean lots of sediment was on the bottom

owners don t want to waste the money to keep it open for guest , especially where people have kids , i look

the sofa bed worked out perfect for two kids
pull out sofa was not sleepable, needed the extra bed for kids, but it was all hard exposed
made our stay with 2 adults and 3 kids much easier
made an accommodation to open the pool a week early because we were going to be there with 10+ kids that wanted
the pool had such a strong smell of chlorine we could not let the kids stay long as it was burning our eyes

too many kids running from room to room
when we looked at hotels, we booked it because they offered a pool for our kids
she was very abrasive and impersonal towards myself and my kids
their was multiple family in the pool area and kids were having fun as they normally do
the staff did everything they could to make sure we had a downstairs room and easy access to the pool

didn't like the fact that a family with kids was above our room because they didn't make the kids sit down

needed to change our room due to our five small kids having to join us at the last minute
we heard everything, kids screening, parents yelling up until 3am
was put in a handicap room 309 and everything with fascias since it was me and my kids but the shower head was

they should do some planting to block view of parking lot
the shower bar needs to be leveled and tightened. the bath/shower button was difficult to move.

didn't like that the family above us had some out of control kids running from room to room

my kids were disappointed that they could not use the indoor pool
that's a lifetime time with 3 little kids
i have 2 kids so they were not happay
and they don't have bed bumper for kids to protect them over the night sleep

main reason for our stay here was the kids wanted to swim in the pool
staff are a bit snappy and the guest complained and threated to call police for my 3 and 10 month kids

just the peace of things there was no kids running around
room was clean, spacious, and lower level which is good when traveling with kids
have been staying at this location with my kids for a few years now and we don't have any issues
the only complaints i have are that the pool was closed which broke my kids hearts and the housekeeper didn't
