i thought all indoor pools were he at least heated a little bit this pool was so cold either the kids would not

card was charged an authorization fee plus the price for the hotel then the pool made all the kids sick one

the pool was also closed for maintenance so my kids, who were excited about getting the pool, could get in

kids were running up n down the hallway laughing and playing at all times of the day

pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons for booking as we had time to kill with young kids

my kids had to actually leave the room while we would get ready

i had went downstairs and had breakfast and i ordered the chicken and waffles and that was very delicious

pet fee is a little expensive.

the pool was very clean and lots of fun as well

my kids said that it was definitely a 5 star hotel and said they can't wait to come back

indoor pool was a little crowded and kind of small but that's understandable due to vacations and kids being

everything that i wanted and more.. the kids enjoyed the pool area

of overpriced for what you get, had lot of kids the night we were there

we had hoped to visit the hot tub, but the pool area was over run by kids the entire time we were there

my kids were very scared but it was late and i did not know where else to stay

but it took over 30 minutes to just check in and when you re traveling with a 6 year old or kids in general

one issue was a family either coming or going at 3 am and the kids were noisy in the hall for about 20 minute

the pool area was nice for the kids, and the rooms were quiet

there was also a party in the parking lot one of the nights where my kids saw people taking shots and

i was not told where the gym is or if i could use either the pool or lounge

this is my go to place when i need a room they provide breakfast, room service, and access to the gym

the airport shuttle should be more punctual

and my spouse ordered from the kitchen and went down and got our food and we were not satisfied with the food

dogs on the property, particularly in the kitchen area where people have to eat

a nice balcony with a cracking runway view, it was amazing to sit and watch planes with my kids for hours

there wern't any activities for the kids to do while at the hotel so keeping them quiet was a challenge

unfortunately, i waited on the return shuttle to the hotel for almost an hour with two cranky kids

it was packed with young kids running the halls and very very drunk men

check-in they gave my two kids an airplane toy and binocular to use for airplane spotting

unfortunately there were kids running up and down the halls yelling from 11:00 pm, for a half an hour, as

was so nice the atmosphere was great even with my kids and loved the safety of using my room key to

we booked this over night stay for the kids to be able to get out of the car and swim o

closed when i booked, indoor pool was small over crowded and freezing cold at the end of july, my kids wouldn

didn't function on arrival, gave the kids a dirty room and then one where the key didn't work

everything good play area for kids. a variety of different areas basketball,grillin,etc.

of space for family, great breakfast choices to fuel up before beginning next leg of
