started beating on our door @11:03 am and stood there staring @ my kids while my husband and i rushed to get
my kids kept wanting to open the curtains, but when they did there was a vehicle a few feet away
the coffee machine wasn't clean and some kids kept pulling on our door.
kids were looking forward to the indoor pool but they told me they only open it during the summer
area was great stores are walking distance and it was something for kids to do in the area

night air in room stopped working and unruly kids next door
there was fresh blood in the elevator on our 2nd trip up which freaked the kids out
the site said breakfast there wasn't any i had kids with me we had to go buy breakfast for the whole site
when you re traveling with kids, having breakfast available at the hotel makes mornings so much easier
laundry room and gym wasn't included, and we didn't know they were remodeling, so we couldn't clean

it was a family trip with 2 small kids and they gave us a room with a shower instead of a tub

desk receptionist is the worst i could have ever experienced really rude not only to me but to my kids who went
