plenty of room. lots of dvds for the kids to watch in the down time.

smoke from people in the parking lot drifted into my room through the air conditioner in the window

the separate bedrooms and space of the rooms. the open kitchen was a benefit.

pool and hot tub was nice the kids loved it

we got called the following with an unprofessional call asking if we had kids in the room

the breakfast area was sticky and not designed for family's with kids

i was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast available as i was traveling with kids and would

it is hard to know what the noise was about, but it really bothered our kids and we all couldn't sleep well

i had double beds which was my preferred option with 2 kids

cleanliness, the privilege of having a swimming pool for kids and adults and a nice

i booked for 2 adults and 3 kids and it had 2 queen beds and no pull out sofa or room for a cot (i asked) or

kids will be kids

the setup is nice & cozy and easy to get quick response on extra things because of the three kids

forgot wake up call. kids running in the room above made slot of noise.

everything i needed was under one roof, pool/hot tub, restaurant/bar and clean quiet room

at 8 am we were awakened by kids in the pool

this was the only thing my kids wanted to do and was the deciding factor of choosing this

up and was told they just closed their pool the week prior, yet no one advised us of this and our kids (9,11)

the pool and recreation room were okay

we had dinner at the bar & grille slopeside

to the mountain, had a bar and restaurant and plenty of space to place belongings while

parking. and pool is not in the main building

i loved the access to the pool, hottub and sauna
