bathroom was not the cleanest, very noisy with kids running up and down the hallways

too many kids up late running in halls

pool water too cold, kids up in other rooms nearby constantly slamming doors even at 2 am.

we booked through a third party and they were fully booked we had 1 king bed for 2 adults and 3 kids

tons of kids diving into pool and cannon balls into the hot tub

and that was part of the reason we booked a room and the pool was over crowded with a bunch of kids jumping in

the kids had a great time in the heated indoor pool and hot tub

allowing kids to take over the continental breakfast area

very friendly staff & very comfortable beds. breakfast was very good!

breakfast was disappointing and they allowed a guy to wash the same load of laundry 6 times so no one else

were kids knocking at our door at 11:30 at night

we really wanted to swim with the kids but didn't have time

like the pool and hot tub but, the pool was way to cold even the kids thought so

we did a starvation for the kids because of the weather

we were with a baseball team for a tournament and no pool for the kids and no laundry to was uniforms

the pool was being sanitized and the next day too many unsupervised kids were playing loudly

the only complaint (which came from the kids) was that the tv was small in the room

it would be nice to sleep in a bit instead of having to get the kids up super early so we could
