that it was a little crowded at breakfast, but this was a big weekend of dropping college kids and other close
some kids running in the hall but other than that it was quiet & pleasant
pool was open late so my kids could enjoy every minute there
she treated our kids with disrespect and then did the same to the parents
common sense tells you not to put a large group of kids on a floor above other people

traveling with two kids alone isn t always easy but staff helped out a lot

i asked for a late check out the staff wanted to charge me but i wanted to check out later so my kids go in the

who cleaned the pool area once it was closed was very unprofessional and ignorant towards the kids
besides, kids are playing outside in the pool area and you can hear their play
we asked for a ground floor room as we had to carry two kids and the staff member was very helpful and found
desk attendant, carlton was extremely helpful and upgraded us to a room with a sofa bed for our kids

chose this hotel because we had kids, ages 3-15 who love hotel pools
was a group of black kids disrespectful loud and going through the hall way and nocking on doors and waking
