they ran out of spoons so unfortunately we had to try and use forks for the kids cereal
but i witnessed a family of 5, 3 kids who picked up several items, such as apples and put them back down, picked
lots of noisy kids staying at the same time

could hear steps, running, (why do parents let their kids just run up & down the hall first thing in the morning
like the fact that it appears friends of the staff were being let into the pool with a bunch of kids to swim
heater in the pool was not working so it was too cold for the kids to swim and the hot tub was also broken
all these features at the property were amazing when traveling with kids
would be nice to have a few more towels on hand when traveling with kids
