a bit noisy in the evening with kids yelling. it stopped around 11pm

was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, pool area was great for the kids and always busy

alot of little kids running up and down the aisles

kids only stayed in the pool for 45 minutes

of the housekeepers knocked on our door told us we had to leave due to kids and ppl in our room which was a lie

parking in front of my room so had to walk a bit to unload luggage

spa bathtub was disgusting

close to the outlet mall and the antique shops. parking lot was well lit

room was small but reasonably clean. ice available in lobby. easy access to parking lot.

the kids loved swimming pool

our kids love it for the pool and large selection at breakfast

told us at checkin but there were issues with the pool and it was not at the temperature it normally is

there wasn't a large breakfast selection but it was good

pool was open she said sure 9 til 10 all day so we was excited to be able to go swimming with my kids on christmas

traveling as a single mother with two kids isn't the easiest and she made our stay easy and very accommodating

the kids running up and down the floor half the night and being on the 3rd floor

had multiple complaints to front desk about kids running and ding dong ditching from 10 pm to around 2am

traveling with my kids & brother in law the sofa bed in the living room area was perfect to keep this mom from

the pool was great for the kids as well

the kids loved the pool and breakfast in the lounge

the hotel was great, just seemed some of staff kids or grandchildren was running around

pool was quite small and loud, but the kids still had fun

over run with kids who had no parental supervision, running/yelling around all hours of day

kids skin and eyes was very irritated abd strong chemical smell in pool

having the option of a 3rd sleeping area when you have 2 kids is wonderful

our room was right above it and we could hear people laughing and kids screaming until after 11, when it started

they said kids were dropping syrup on the floor so they stopped having it

noisy kids next door even though i was on top floor.

the pool was a little on the small side but, hey it was a pool and the kids didn't mind.

pool for kids is really small. and big shower with no pressure.

the picture makes it look alot bigger and 10 kids in it and my 3 year old couldn't enjoy

close to hard truth and the main street with shops. kids liked the indoor pool

the games for kids don't have all the pieces but you can use your imagination!
