when traveling with kids because the room is quite spacious and they have pantry so we could heat food (or cook
always try to stay on top floor because of kids and dogs running in the halls or above us on next floor
although they do allow pets, the fee for a dog is $100 which is outrageous
the management asked the guests to tell the front desk if need limit room service on christmas day, so they

was accommodating when i requested an early check in to be able to attend my event in the afternoon

we love the pool and hot tub. they kids enjoyed it.
also, the jacuzzi at the pool was filled with little kids, so it was unusable

it only had a blanket, so it was pretty cold for my kids
and my kids stayed in the room and found needles behind the sofa bed and was very much
noisy - between drunk people in the halls late and kids running early, i got very little sleep
could of had more good selections especially for kids

santa and mrs claus arrived and there were activities for the kids
we saw many families with kids using the pool, people were using the gym

etc since blue mountain is only 20 mins away, but after being outdoors all day in the cold, my kids were looking

walkie-talkie i was alone with my wife but this would have been a big problem if i was with my kids
was a large, private party on the floor i stayed on that was extremely noisy with unsupervised kids running up
street noise but they are now supplying earplugs. college town and the kids have no respect.
