i loved how the room had a full kitchen which made it so easy to accommodate after a surgery
didn t like how parking lot wasn t secured and someone broke into my girlfriends car

i can't begin to tell you how annoying it is to have kids running up and down the halls and stairwells screaming
there was a cigarette smell in so part that we didn t expect. the smell bugged our grand kids.

put our room right next to the elevators and kids were running up and down the hallway until 2 am

the pool is open 24 hours which is pretty rare

i had to put off putting my kids to bed because they kept forgetting to bring the pillows and extra sheets

the suites have 2 bedrooms and their own baths. makes it so nice for adults and kids.
the hot tub was grossly dirty..probley from all the kids in and out.
kids were the only ones who actually ate the breakfast which consisted of waffles

i love that it had two televisions so the kids could watch what they wanted and my husband and i could watch
for later checkouts hard to get disabled and 4 kids packed that early in morning but staff did let me stay later

desk staff is awesome, housekeeping does great, and security is great for the area (safe vibe for kids)
com we were turned away at almost 12 am with our kids

queen suite was large and fit our 2 smaller kids on the small pull out sofa and the small couch next to the pull

i understand covid is the reasoning for it but the kids were really disappointed when their pool time was cut

to get to the ski resorts easy to walk to a few good restaurants pool heated was a big win for kids
there is a problem with the wi-fi connection. this was a problem for my kids
the hotel had plenty of parking and it was clean and our beds were comfortable

the swimming pool was nice, but some days it was crazy with lots of kids, the hot tub was fine but the bubbles
went there for the intent of having a staycation with swimming for our kids and the pools ended up being
the staff went above and beyond for us and our four kids who had been in the car traveling for 12 hours
