the location, the staff great and very patient with kids good food overall really enjoyed our stay
didn t sleep till 3am on our first night due to kids running up and down the corridors screaming

yes we were making noise kids were hyper after being at a concert but a phone call to the room would of cleared

a heated plate, the coffee tasted like water, no chocopasta or chocomilk available, lucky for us kids stayed
the view was spectacular the location was superb with a park across the street for the kids and the main shops

our room was near a family above and to the side so we had kids jumping on an off beds till gone 11pm screaming
