it is in heart of action of dewey beach so families w small kids need to know dewey is happening til late
were several rooms of college aged kids all partying together until late at night and then again in the morning
pool was always a bit dirty due to kids not washing off the sand from the beach
also, as a nonsmoker with kids, we didn't like that you could smoke right outside the rooms
location was perfect. our kids loved the pool and the room was spacious.

distance to the beach is great, especially if you're traveling with a kids
the kids enjoying that got a little loud at times, but nothing that wasn t tolerable
is not the best especially when there are torrential downpours and you would like to keep the kids entertained

kids loved the pool, which was clean, and a very good size for an indoor pool

my kids loved the hot tub in the pool area and the location is perfect- right next to a shopping mall
only thing i did like was the around 11pm kids started running up and down the hallway yelling and laughing
was a baseball tourney in town during our stay, so at 7am we were woken to the sounds of noisy kids
stayed in a king suite and it was the perfect size for my husband and i plus 2 small kids with a crib
other guest and disrespectful kids ruined that experience
