party of 8 adults and 5 kids got stuck on the elevator for 40 minutes

breakfast buffet was closed due to covid, which we expected but they had an above average bag

staff was so accommodating and friendly. breakfast was wonderful!

sofa bed is tiny and narrow; one adult is ok, but two kids don't fit

reserved a king bed with a sofa sleeper for our two kids

that allowed our kids and grandkids to explore seattle the morning of check-out

we spent 30 minutes with tired and crying kids in the airpot looking for a big taxi which could take all of us

they used to have airport shuttle but that ended in june 2023
