booked this hotel due to the pool access for the kids, however the pool was down for one full day and several
wanted to use the pool..too many kids..

the room was to accommodate all 7 of us-3 adults and 4 kids
kids where running up and down the halls at night and in the morning also pool was not clean at all

wasn't a big deal, but my kids were disappointed that it still was not able to be used
the kids nor myself could swim the indoor pool was so cold
my grand kids were with me and i picked that hotel because it had an indoor pool

when we checked in we paid for our room and our kids rooms
got 2 rooms, 1 for my fiance and i and 1 for the kids
the spa was not working

who was working at the continental breakfast was really nice, let us bag up some muffins for my kids that weren
was great very polite , bed was comfortable, brought us extra blankets and pillows for our kids before we even
we have heard it since about 1 this morning and my two small kids along with myself and my husband have hardly
no towels, rooms on different floors and the first room my kids went into had suitcases in it and was actually
young sloppy dressed kids in the lobby. i do not believe they were guest.
