the man called the front desk clerk a bitch in front of his own wife and kids

time we stayed it was a large group of kids probably a sports team that was there
the room next to me was loud all night there kids were crying and screaming. it was a mess.

booked a 2 queen room for 2 adults and 2 kids and asked for a crib for my 20 month old with booking

the bed was so comfy the kids stayed bed most of the time
it wasn't the staffs fault there were baseball teams and lots of kids and the staff were busy trying to keep
i was in the gym and kids under 14 were running all over the equipmsnt as well as running up and down the hall
sofa bed was uncomfortable, but it worked fine for our young kids.

the staff was also very tolerant of our baseball team and the kids making more noise than they should have
the neighbors kids were running down the hall playing and knocking on doors all night
