my two young kids - ages 8 and 9 - went to breakfast alone for the first time while i was at a work meeting

the room service menu was sparce and overpriced

that the bar/restaurant was open or that we could have ordered room service

wifi was spotty

to accommodate joining rooms - family travelling with kids our belongings were left on a trolley in reception

and the hot chocolate for the kids is great

not ideal to wait over an hour to get your food when you have hungry kids nor having to track down someone to

free ice cream for kids by the pool and free drinks in the evening in the lobby

the a/c under the window blew down on the kids who were sleeping on the sofa pullout.

at 4 am me and my kids woke up to one of them yelling and cussing

was so freezing cold that it really was a disappointment for the kids who were really looking forward to going

there were kids in the pool at 9:50pm

kids jumping around upstairs, but mine used to do the same no matter how hard i tried to keep them

hallways can be loud. lots of sports teams/kids during my stay.

my girl wasn't super hungry so for room service she ordered and kids burger, i got the full

restaurant was so so when you consider the price but we appreciated being able to have room service and some of

the staff was so friendly and accommodating. loved that it was pet friendly.

wouldnt be any potential charges for anything potentially getting ruined seeing that i had four kids with me

hotel manager communication who calls police and throw the kids 18 year old out of the hotel without contacting

the location wasn't great with kids for walking after the hottest part of the day when a lot of unsolicited

room service was excellent and provided very quickly

pool was very small and stayed shaded almost all day

so if you are with staying with little kids, be warned that on weekends (fri - sun), it is very loud - almost
