weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly
friendly throughout our stay, the service was very good, and we especially enjoyed the relaxed bar area
the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up
the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this
we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

since we were last down so it was disappointing -no breakfast, no courtyard etc, no nice larger pool

pool average, small and full of kids/families and setting not that desirable for the cost small
hotel was full of families and kids going to sporting events in the area
probably a good place for families with kids
looked bigger in the pictures :-( with tons of families and kids it was pretty cramped

plus their happy hour near the fireplace was a nice unexpected perk
no bottled water were provided in rooms we were suppose to have a spa tub
directed us to park in an expensive lot (airgarage) and we paid $50 for parking when we arrived, thinking free
beautiful quaint hotel right on the plaza. breakfast is good and there s a nightly happy hour.
parking a few blocks away to check in was inconvenient but worked out

very noisy while the rooftop bar is open and even after and before
didn t get to use the pool, but was small and looked a little too shaded.

really didnt stay their long enough too not like anything, the room was big really roomy the kids loved it next
day, their was a lot too do in town for sure , the lake was nice and we did some fishing as the kids played at
our kids had their swimsuits and said where's the pool
bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, falling apart, broke down cars and oil slicks in the parking

it was phenomenal, so many fun activities for kids and families

kids love the indoor pool and i like the nice hot tub. breakfast is great for a hotel.
