noisy, parking lot trashy

morning staff did not replenish breakfast items as they were used even one morning they had ran out of

i didn t have breakfast at the facility

the front desk lady was talking to laundry lady not paying attention when she finally realized we were waiting

maybe the breakfast retuning to normal, but i know it won't happen till covid is over.

there was one bar of soap for the sink, none for the shower

the breakfast was very good and the young lady waiting on us was amazing

2 bath towels and 2 hand and 2nd and 3rd day no bath mat alot of young kids playing in parking lot alot of

one of my kids got 3 bites on his legend one on his arm, and they look like bed bugs

cleanest and comfortable bed, excellent wifi speed, staff and welcome gift

i watched the guy in the room next to ours hang out his laundry on a clothesline

pool was too small and there was only one ice machine and it was in the lobby i stayed on the 4th

accommodations wonderful. breakfast was fabulous - person working breakfast was superb!!

to start, no bar or kitchen to speak off, breakfast area felt clinical like a hospital waiting area and the

lots of choices for breakfast! eggs, waffles, cereals and more.

large fridge, went here just to take the kids swimming we live in town, and don t regret spending the money

pool is located by front door and it s kinda cool out but pool area is warm

there were a lot of kids there so we had to ask for more towels

staff was very friendly to my little kids. my husband was very happy tgebar was open passed 10pm

my kids broke out in rashes due to the high chemical levels

only frustration is the last 2 times, it's been completely overrun with sports families and young kids running

the suite we were in was amazing; the kids loved the view of the river at night

the hotel had tons of kids in the bar area which was less than pleasing to us

i had reserved 2 rooms one for myself and kids and another for my parents

eventually fixed what ever was wrong with the pool so my kids were able to enjoy at least one night of swimming

staff offered to move is which we were unable to do because we didn't want to wake up 3 sleeping kids and move

breakfast was horrible and the watched us like we were kids

parking lot could be better lit. a bit dark and eerie.

indoor pool was freezing cold the power went out on our last day, had to carry our luggage down the stairs

didn t like all the kids running around a casino hotel , the parents were drinking in the lobby and all the

noisy kids running up and down the hallways for 2 days.

of unattended kids, playing elevator races, loud in the hall way at 1130

place is clear beds are comfortable, and the pool we love it food and the arcade my kids won't stop talking
