was very upsetting when drove 15 hours and came to this for a night with 3 kids
the indoor heated pool is a great place wind down and burn that excess energy off the kids
kids loved it anyways
loud: dumpster pickup at 5am, got there close to 11pm on weeknight: kids running around, other people drinking
bathroom was dirty upon arrival i had to clean it myself before letting my kids use the shower or toilet

myself and my daughter and her kids usually stay at this hotel every memorial weekend for our family reunion
kids slept on the fold out couch
the family with many kids nextdoor was so loud . kids were running around the room at night.
when kids where at the pool they practically had to whisper or we were told that they were to loud
great breakfast. staff very accommodating. everything seemed fresh and me.

reason we stayed was for the indoor pool for our grand kids and it s not heated, way too cold to go in

so our family with 5 kids couldn t use it as an old man was in the hot tub
great staff. good bar with excellent snacks.

the screaming girls from nc in the pool area unsupervised by their parents

the lady that checked me in was extremely rude and another employee moved my kids' belongings in the pool area

rooms could be cleaner ceiling needs cleaned and in our kids room the ceiling leaked for about 10 minutes over
several people were smoking in front of their room and we had to walk by them with our kids
chose this location so the kids could have a pool

i had to throw out the kids swimsuit because the smelled so bad
my kids eyes where completely destroyed which has partially their fault also
the pool was closed
reunion going on that evening, most were not staying over night at that hotel, but there were no parking places

the kids enjoyed the pool in the evening
a bit thin ,and kids were running back and forth on the second level and screaming
you can hear people talking, suit cases rolling, kids squealing, etc

the staff needed to be in the breakfast area to monitor better because kids were grabbing muffins and stuff
my kids found a perfume bottle near the couch which isn t too big of a deal but tells me that the
originally we were offered a ground-floor room so we wouldn't have to lug our stuff and 4 kids very far
that made the hotel a little noisy with all the kids, totally out of the hands of hotel staff
this is concerning having little kids around all the dust, dirt and debris

large suites with fully stocked kitchen with everything you need
breakfast selection was typical, would have been nice if eggs and bacon were offered especially on
the lady assisting at breakfast was really nice and willing to help and kept food stocked appropriately
checkin had to pay 125 pet fee that i was not made aware of at reservation or visiting their website
is being picky (considering all that is going on in the world): the breakfast was passable

don't like the tv don't halfway work you don't get all the channels not even kids channels on their tv
there was a stinch in the hallway and kids running and screaming late at night

they had music and a bar right by the lobby. clean.
when i first checked in, i asked the guy at the desk if they had a laundry room and he said yes on the third
