booked a room with breakfast included, and on the booking app it said the menu included hot cakes
breakfast changed everyday (3 days) ac worked fine staff was helpful
the air conditioning is very loud, you cannot use it at night. the breakfast is very very basic.
the promised breakfast was a big surprise to the hotel, and they could not find out to order a taxi

it has an outdoor swimming pool too and free safe parking that can be seen from the room

pool area and gym is also neglected - not maintained so might as well not have one as you can't
also they aloud me to stay with my pet yet they restricted me access to just about everything in the property

tv was too loud at breakfast, gym equipment in disrepair.

noisy bar in lobby. window would not open. turn off water overnight.
the room had no window and was right by the offices/restaurant/pool, so it was noisy
bathroom's floor wasn't clean at all. gym amenities were in terrible conditions.

blocked by the children play ground and that was the other problem that you were able to hear the kids playing
