it s hard to enjoy or relax while trying to make sure kids aren t getting into the deep end of the pool
the hotel also surprised us on arrival by giving the kids easter packages, which they were happy for, very nice
i took my both kids who are 6 and 8 years old and was told that the hotel's policy was that only 1 child under
breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety for both adults and kids

everything was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool .
are big, the bed is comfortable, new ac in the room, hot water worked fine, cable tv and wifi connection worked
teenagers and child enjoyed the pool area
balcony overlooked parking lot, but you could still see the nearby mountains.

waited like 2 hours to be checked in with 5 kids and one being a toddler it was terrible no one offered to give
the wifi didn't work properly, the receptionist said someone could help me, but none was available
the staff were so friendly and amazing, unfortunately i have been late to do this and forget the name of the
wifi excellent
shortly before my departure i had a dress in the laundry and it got lost
