good firm mattress and parking at the door

staff was courteous. staff also allowed us to check in a little early. parking lot was clean.

they let our kids pick which floor they wanted to stay on, so they picked the top

it was late and they said they would leave in front of door but knocked loudly waking the kids

loved the room layout. a true suite with bedroom & bath separated from living room & kitchen.

i just wish there was no alcohol allowed in the pool area so the parents would watch their kids better, and

hotel is definitely geared towards family with younger kids

pool was closed for repair and no one mentioned it while we were checking in, we have kids and they wanted to

allowed a 20 kid birthday party in the pool which forced my kids out

they called 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical a gym

they put me in s connecting room with loud kids, doors slamming, trying to get in my room 11:00 pm

omg we came here to have a little break and let our kids swim and it's been the absolute worst place the toilet

loved the hot tub and the kids loved the pool
