car park is a bit small but there's reasonable parking near by

staff and extremely courteous towards our kids
swimming pool or kids room but don t think that can be helped
it on the door handle for room service next morning so in the end we went downstairs with the kids for breakfast
evening meals were very good but again found it expensive, 91 for 2adults and1 kids meal
i loved the amount of space we had in the room - it was great for the kids and for me

done to the room from previous occupants-and the room was in no way acceptable for the 2 young kids we had with
stayed here with our 2 kids in an apartment and had a great

the kids didnt feel safe, it was musty with air fresheners laid around to disguise it

was nice but slow and no one offered extra juice for kids or coffee toast that was a let

to stay one night in a castle with our kids
excellent staff really friendly can not fault or stay food was excellent will definitely be back kids loved it
kids loved the breakfast and pool facilities as did the parents
an incredible experience and our kids enjoyed it fully

had 2 kids with us (3 and 7) and they had a ball
though no weddings were on, we had kids running up and down at night

everything. lovely bed, easy parking, great staff, beautiful grounds, lovely place all round.

the kids did enjoy horses same as we
space for 2 families (4adults and 4 kids)
kids really enjoyed the horse riding and owner was very friendly
the smart tv with netflix was an added bonus for the kids
company but there were a few dogs roaming free and a lot of dog poo which isn't good with kids around

i liked the idea of kids club every night 7-8.45 so myself & husband had time for dinner alone
they have kids activities setuo with a bouncy castle in the pool and a movie themed night
kids extras very much appreciated
this is a great hotel for kids
was very busy and there were kids running around after 9

receptionist was really unpleasant did not give us any help or options she suggested one of my kids sleep in
the little kitchen was a great help with three kids in tow
door would not lock from the inside and with young kids running around opening everything
no control on the shower very hot could be dangerous for kids
room service failed to come on 1 day

the reception it felt like being home after a long road trip rooms were clean comfortable and the kids loved
i have never left a bad review in my life but what do the kids say these days
parking, about 20 kids running around the lobby, could not talk to my friend we had to leave
had the bar food very nice staff helpful and friendly breakfast was good as we had 3 young kids the enjoy it
no baths in rooms. no room service.
