great location and not full of kids at the pool
was outside the hotel we had to walk in the cold for about 30 meters and it is difficult with the kids as you
wanted quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi one evening, but there were young kids splashing around
kids really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and we were able to use the bonfire one night

are nice, the comfort of the bed, the facilities are high quality, there are a lot of games for kids to spend
also, we could hear kids screaming outside while playing at the pool late in the evening
the kind man that showed us the pool area made a comment about being the new kids on the block and later
kids, would have liked to be closer to an elevator, and been on the second floor for the pool

floor and the second floor was very hot and a little bit on the small side for a family with 2 kids
will definitely go back in the future and highly recommended, esp for couples - away from kids
tub, charming inn with lovely unique rooms, old style but with modern bathrooms/supplies, good wifi and lovely
the working electric fireplace in our room added to the ambiance

it's clean and the beds are big enough for all of us (4 adults and 2 kids)
kids loved the games room with retro arcade games, pool and football
family, just few steps outside of the building (bathrobes in room were so neat) and it had small kids area, big
lovely large apartment, kids loved the indoor pool with the slide. easy walk to shops.

we stayed in a standard room, but i would say it has enough space my kids to play and run around
cover, limited options for breakfast, quietness rule was not mentioned before for family with kids, limited
my kids were already so disappointed that they asked that we return to calgary, my daughter was crying

our daughter's family was with us with three small kids and they all enjoyed the stay as well
price compared to value big hot tub up to 8 person very well equiped gym nice game room for kids including soccer
a suite with beds in one room and living area in another, was nice for entertaining different age kids
my kids especially appreciated not having to share a bed

the room with loft was cozy and worked well for myself and the kids and the pullout was comfortable enough
the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable for the kids
can hear everything in the hallway through the night or early in the morning when kids stay there

i love kids but should be completely separate hot tubs within spa for female/male and no children
sitting service wasn't great as the baby sitter we got didn't do a good job taking care of the kids

i had little kids (4) all under 10 and we were charged a bit more for the room because of the kids

the only couple things that could be improved would be ensuring there are no kids in the pool/hot tub after
shops and restaurants in banff, the lodge suite was a great set up to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids
