staff were very nice and acommadating ryan made an awesome breakfast

very friendly staff. loved the food and bar area and morning breakfast was awesome

it was very conveniently located next to other activities for my kids and i and a bunch of places to eat

kids complained that the bacon, sausage & eggs were cold

the purpose for my vacation was to get away from kids and the pool area became flooded with a lot of kids,

the pool couldn't really accommodate multiple kids or exercise, but it was fine

the breakfast was ok i think more options for the kids like waffles, pancakes, bacon etc

and the fact it was available til 10 am on saturday morning was a bonus, as when travelling with kids, it can

maybe a play area outside for kids to unwind from the car ride,.

i left my keys in the hotel room they replaced them with no issues, and they re very nice with kids

was a large, private party on the floor i stayed on that was extremely noisy with unsupervised kids running up

didn't like that there was no iron/ironing board, no microwave no laundry facility & no ice machines

very narrow spiral staircase (not great if you have a large bag, or young kids), no hooks to hang towels or bath

i wish they have more recreational activity like a pool or jacuzzi for kids to enjoy too

the hostess parks in a prime spot daily (limited close parking for guests) when dining is open at ledges

you can stay at the bar and not have to go in the restaurant, and have dinner sitting comfortably on a couch

and helpful; the room had 2 stories with lots of room for everyone, it was clean and had a kitchen and living
