is not completely pedestrian-friendly(no sidewalks), but you can reach areas by cutting through parking lots

based on advertisement we were paying for a room, plus breakfast, plus pool

took three calls to the front desk because the people above had kids that was stomping on the floor between 11

the pool was closed for the season but looked delightful and well thought out (bathroom, showers,

that the hotel could control this, i wish the weather was warmer so the pool could have been used

when i asked for a couple of extra for my kids they said they were being washed and gave me bed linens instead

the suites are so comfortable and they made the layout perfect with the galley kitchen just as you walk in,

decided to spray the parking lot / replace it so if you had a car, you had to move it & it was suggested that

complaint was that they had already pre assigned breakfast tables but had forgotten who was placed where

i have 2 kids so they were not happay

and they don't have bed bumper for kids to protect them over the night sleep

my kids were disappointed that they could not use the indoor pool

when we looked at hotels, we booked it because they offered a pool for our kids

their was multiple family in the pool area and kids were having fun as they normally do

she was very abrasive and impersonal towards myself and my kids
