there was a fold-out couch in the room, which was unexpected and perfect because i thought my kids would need

good with kids no microwave in the room very little fridge i don t like this hotel never booked for

booked adjoining rooms and they were unable to accommodate, so two kids had to sleep on the

quiet and family friendly even tho we have no kids.

staff at reception was very nice, helped us figure out the room setup with kids, changed us to a better solution

we enjoyed using the heated pool at the neighboring safari inn, and the hotel shuttle made getting around

the shuttle driver was polite and on time

bar and restaurant staff were neglectful and it was frustrating both times i was there

the free airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the staff was welcoming from check-in to check-out

this was our second time staying here with kids and we enjoyed everything from the ambiance to the room service

i asked where extra towels also when we were at the pool there is no towels at the pool for my kids when they

located right next to the pool, pool toys for the kids, comfortable beds, spacious room, conveniently

small and secluded hot tub had loads of kids under 15 in it and the front desk said they do not enforce an age
