kids were running in the stairwell and our room was next to it so late at night and early in the
maybe kids jumping off bed, but it was pretty constant until about 11 pm
the woman serving breakfast was so warm and friendly. we had 6 kids and she was very patient
we came down for breakfast a few minutes early, staff was friendly and supportive to the kids not having to wait
have stayed here many times since it is close to our kids and grandkids

some confusion about breakfast. we were told the kids would be free yet we were charged.
complained to front desk first night as it was 11:30pm doors slamming loud talking music and kids running up
surprise and a good value if you include it in the room rate, especially if you're traveling with kids
we traveled with 4 kids under age 7
staff very friendly and helpful. pet friendly. starbucks across the street. clean, free parking.

pool was broken and i only chose that location over cheaper options to make my kids happy.

kids loved the indoor pool and tennis courts and park across the road
the pool is tiny, more for splashing around with kids -- i don't think laps would be possible
the room above us kept us up until 1am because there were kids running around and people being loud

the supervisor, leticia made sure my kids and i had a safe ride to the hotel from the airport when my flight
keep the bar open later than 10 pm! great cocktails, but it was a bummer having to leave by 10.

bar was late opening, and i was on a tight schedule

the kids were super happy with room and definitely felt like we were on a lovely vacation
the room was very clean and had all the basic kitchen necessities already stocked (pots, dishware, etc)

unfortunately, the room was packed with college-aged kids studying and we did not want to disrupt them

i booked two rooms and they put us in adjoining rooms which was great, i could have my kids in a separate room
location was great, as was staff. kids loved the game room.

i m living in a suburban area at the moment and hate having to load two kids to do anything, such a break to

pool was fun but extremely chlorinated to the point that my kids didn't even want to stay in it because it was
were a lot of families with kids that were visiting this weekend i was staying

we hope to stay again when pricing is lower and more fair to families visiting their kids at the university
at the bar for a drink before dinner for 15 minutes and were only served one drink in that time
hotel, outstanding service gorgeous room , gardens , very pet friendly
gorgeous lobby with bar and coffee station in the morning
however it s pet friendly and there was a dog staying across the room from ours which wouldn t stop barking

a little disappointed about not having wifi, i really needed that for studying and zoom meetings, but it did

continental breakfast was poor. no cartons of milk for kids or adults. powered eggs are horrid.
