we got to spend a lot of time at the pool as no other guests were around, very quiet place
spa excellent staff extremely helpful very relaxing stay room beautiful

the only thing that let down my stay was the wifi connection
it was also unclear whether the bar was open during the day as nobody was using it

around the corridor by pacifika were smooth especially with the rain, a slipping hazard with kids

the kids in training are wonderful

certainly not enough of a problem to stop me from coming back but with kids at home, i needed the be able to

hotel staff let the local kids use all the facilities as it was quite quiet
specifically booked a room for 1 adult and 2 kids (16 and 11), got a studio with 2 small single beds which
gym needs huge upgrades and better upkeep/cleanliness

the only thing i would mention is the beach isn t really swimmable, it s too rough for kids
there is also a bar called mojo's (who do some lovely food) but the live music stage faces the rooms and is
strong reliable wifi

just up from the hotel where we could snorkel and see small rock fish, which was great with the kids
beach bar next door plays them tunes loud and late (take earplugs) food was good, though only 2-3 options
would like a buffet breakfast style but was told that is coming so im not upset
requests were ignored and had to ask several times , breakfast was a bit limited in choices
the pool is wonderful and the gym facilities are excellent

my now husband brought all 5 of our kids down as a surprise so he could propose to me so they helped hide them

also the pull out bed for our kids was not comfortable

course is pretty beat up and the snorkeling equipment was basically only for kids (in terms of

one final think to mention is tea/coffee and cake surved every afternoon next to the pool, perfect for a small

the pools were great for kids and really not crowded at all compared to other resorts around the world- no need
location is amazing and hotel is especially good for kids with easy access to a beautiful beach
i liked everything but i think it would have been nice to have more options for kids' menu.
recommendations would be to have activities for kids of this age (currently the kids' playhouse caters for 4yrs

the on site activities was excellent especially the kids club

perfect for families with young kids, couples or people looking for a stay in paradise
to remember is no elevator, which we did not realize and they put us on the top floor with young kids
would have been nice if there were more kids activities available outside, such as table tennis

i was solo and felt very safe and the bar staff were darlings
bar forgot the drinks order and it took 7 attempts to get the bill right
the sidewalks and pool area were very clean, the plants were healthy and the beds were neatly kept
i liked the small touches of fresh hand towels at the pool in the afternoon along with the fruit sorbet
on site was a nice bar and restaurant looking over the pool area with sufficient sun loungers

the kids club is a great option which our daughter enjoyed on the couple of occasions she used
could be better, service is slow; there is a kids club on site but it does not have a lot of activities and
we loved the large deck area and the private pool was a big hit with the kids

lacking late night entertainment, proper snacks and fun for kids at the pool was boring
