the pool and playground area were pretty awesome for my kids the loved it
waterpark pool was perfect for our kids
although the pool is currently being worked on, some of it was open which was enough for our kids to be
somethings in the pool did not work for the kids play part. hot tub and spa out of order.
breakfast was awesome and our kids has so much fun in the pool area!

hotel was amazing for kids because our room overlooked the airport terminal, we watched planes take off all
the kids enjoyed watching the runway out our window (and we didn
cleanliness and they offer a grab and go breakfast for early departures. the staff is super!

the soda machines were not working well, and our kids were very thirsty, we offered to pay the receptionist

it wasn't a closed off sweat closet so you could sit and enjoy comfortably while the kids swam

was scared to book the property based on the reviews that i read, but we did it anyway because my kids have been

absolutely horrible place to stay especially when you have kids
2nd night there was a family with small kids next to me and they were very loud late into the evening
damp cloth, like somebody with so much sweat just slept in there and left uncleaned, me and my kids actually
good breakfast and fairly quiet
only thing i didn't like was loud fox news on the tv in the breakfast room

not in the bedroom & was accessible for everyone not just those staying in the bedroom, since our kids slept on
uniqueness of this hotel as it provides games and events for family business and kids
of expensive and really no amenities for travelers with kids
such as board games for kids and adults the opportunity to check out blue ray dvd's, express local events for
lots of space in the room we chose which was great with kids ( it was a king suite with pull out bed) the shower

pulling into the parking lot, there was a large gathering of teenage kids, partying behind the hotel
they are short staffed but when you pay enough for a hotel stay and don't get the time for the kids to swim it
and for a change we were able to stay on the 1st floor which was great because of the luggage and kids
i had to find other accomodation by myself at 11:30 pm with my 3 kids waiting in the lobby
stay for the tournament and other than kids in the hallway until 11 or so it was a perfect stay, clean and good

broke the morning we were checking out, so i (mom traveling solo with kids) had to bring lots of items down the
kids need to be attended in the pool area
elevator was broken, pool was broken (i have kids that why i chose an accommodation with indoor pool)
my kids couldn't stay in for more than 15-20 minutes before they were too cold to swim
like being on the 4th floor since there were busses of kids staying there

late because of bad roads and the pool was open until midnight so that was awesome because our kids could swim

then it says it allows pets but what the site doesn t mention is it s $15 per pet per night and they can
travel with a pet so appreciated having a room near an outside
the rooms are off indoor hallways and it has a fitness room
although it is pet friendly there were restrictive rules. extra fees added per day per pet.

the had a great basketball court for kids to use and a nice seating/fire pit area you could sit in
no steps for kids in pool. it's a ladder to get in.

swimming supervision. older kids pretty wild while we were there with younger children.
needed 3 beds, and the 2 bedrooms offered privacy to get a good nights sleep with the kids being in the living
