were a lot of kids during the time we went so it was loud for a little while but eventually it quieted down
everyone from the front the front desk to solange at breakfast were wonderful
the breakfast could be a little bit better, i wouldn't mind paying extra for better food
the price for the pet
i didn't like that breakfast ended at 9am.

pool was great for the kids
the second kids running all over & headboard in room was shaking
their fault but the room next to us had young kids who were in and out of their room all night letting the door
i was glad we were on the first floor with our kids
and the kids were disappointed that the pool was only 4 ft deep

reasonably priced and no extra parking fee
the pet gifts were an added bonus
the pet fee is a bit higher than most hotels i ve been to ($50/night).

was honest with us at check in to let us know a hockey team was staying at the hotel and if the kids were to

pool was closed for repair during our stay. what luck. the kids and i were very disappointed
kids on our floor (young adults) way too much noise and partying kept us up until 2am, called

my fiance and i brought our 2 kids there for a night to swim before school starts
kids ate free with adult meal at attached restaurant (you have to ask for a coupon)
offered free breakfast for kids at the diner that is attached to the hotel
no respect for me and also had my kids with me

me and my kids walked into the hotel the gentleman with a ponytail and glasses was very standoffish and rude
made easy for eating in the room rather than having to eat out every night so much easier with kids
not that it was anyone fault but kids running in hallways screaming, and pool was cold
