loved the location and the hotel grounds and the kids loved the pool
spa had not yet been done so it was out dated and also was always kids in the pool when we wanted to go in and
mother s day this was my first chance of a lie in for many months as i m a mother of 3 young kids

the bathroom was immaculate with a spa bath and a push button controlled shower
we were very surprised to find the bar separate from the lounge and unmanned although a very obliging gentleman
in the evening (only the 6 course tasting menu was available) however we were unable to order room service snacks
staff - left waiting quite some time to order drinks in the bar; bed needs a mattress topper and spa bath wasn
we opted for room service

swimming pool was a let down, very busy full of kids and nothing lije enough seats for the size of the hotel
also wanting to book a family room for our 2 children who love swimming but were told kids can only swim 8am
was sectioned off for families/kids to a swim lane however, width for a swim lane was not enough for the people
the pool chlorine was strong and hurt the kids eyes after two sessions in a day.
convenient for families you have the option of 7am till 9am or 5pm till 7pm so my feeling with kids is breakfast
