pool filter was broken when we got there and they fixed it for us so my kids could go swimming
was a group staying at the hotel, and parents left kids unattended at the pool with no parent supervision

we have 4 kids and 2 adults and we got no clean towels and the garbage wasn't emptied
online later it turns out for what i pd for one night i could of got a rm with 2 bedrm 2 bathes , kitchen and
