came for our youngest grandchild's birthday. the kids loved the pool!!

booked this hotel so that our kids could enjoy the pool a bit

everything was great the pool was cold but that s fine too and the room was great we had more than enough

the free breakfast

that the pool was not heated

there was a large group of kids running around the hotel horse playing everywhere and the staff made no effort

i was very irritated that i was put on the same hallway with a group of noisy school kids running down the

young kids running around in the hallways while parents were in their rooms smoking pot

was concerned about the pet policy

the breakfast variety was great and everything was clean and fruit was fresh

location was great. the breakfast was very good

ample parking, great and responsive staff, good locale for my needs.

the fact that guests from neighboring double tree hotel were allowed access to the hotel laundry facilities

even though it was full of kids staying for a soccer weekend

people in room next to us had kids who were loud and ran in halla

is a pool and kids were playing loudly at 10:30 at night

about 20 kids were running up and down the hall being terribly loud when we first got there

kids running in the hallway on the 7th floor and the strong smell of marijuana also in the hallway

we just left because i was tired and so were my kids

were put next to a family with 2 crying kids

the gym is nice, but could stand for a few more pieces.

the indoor pool was ice cold

would like to have seen more options for food and equipment in the gym but still satisfied with what was

all night at almost room temperature so had to throw out all the food i had had in there for my kids breakfast

was a dog that would no stop barking kids n room next door

kids were running up and down hallways and kind of upset us but hey they re kids

little kids running up and down the hallway bothered us a little bit.

the kids even had their own bathroom

this place is geared for college kids and their families...and partiers.

room still not ready when we got keys and went up- kids beds no sheets or blankets

staff was extremely kind and helpful. kids loved the rooftop pool.

in the kids room wasnt working - it made it a bit hot & stuffy - but unfortunately we didnt realize it

my kids has a rough night sleep on the pull out bed, can t image if an adult has to sleep on it

very young soccer kids playing and running around in hallway (no adults present/about 15 kids)

pet fee excessive, no continental breakfast and they did not inform me of meal plan option

too noisy by our room close to the housekeepers room/ laundry , shower had low water pressure

breakfast cafe is wonderful and so much better than a free continental breakfast bar which has mostly unhealthy

just perfect to fit family with two small kids

the pool was too cold for kids. hot tub too hot for us. parking is horrendous.

next door had screaming kids who were running around until very late

also, there were a lot of kids in the pool that we re not being supervised and there was no lifeguard on

our kids were in complete shock

your planning to come with kids this is not the place

so it was completely dark and the alarm went off at 5:49 am unprompted which woke me and my kids up

the wifi dropped constantly.

were okay , reasonable priced but not the best taste, pool is only 4 ft and tiny so cool for the kids but not

i wish there was a pool to keep kids occupied

and the fire alarm going off all of a sudden at almost 11 pm for no reason scaring the hell of my kids

our coffee maker didn't work and the kitchen is not stocked with napkins, plates, or basic silverware

but some people were a little loud when i was trying to get my kids to bed

after being in class all day on saturday, come back to the hotel to enjoy the pool, but no kids running all

my kids slept on that and they are not picky, and they found it hard to get a good nights sleep
