was no adventure playground as advertised which we wanted for kids - hence booking and was disappointed as not
which was a base for us for the week whilst over for a family wedding and somewhere where the kids (all different
comfy beds and the pool with all sports facilities and equipment provided was great for the kids

the kids felt at home in this small scale hotel, which had everything we needed

there concept is mostly consistent, for example they have no breakfast buffet and this makes it so much better

2 hours for 1 child, playground would not let our 2 year old play in the indoor area where the kids clubs is
and she said that we need to complain to management - so,guys, we are complaining sort of :) - kids club we

kids clubs staff was very supportive and kids loved being there:) reception staff were all

dog owned by the hotel was running around the pool even though there were kids
we had to ask several times for muesli and only the kids got a tiny little one
even our little kids listened to every word of the tour and were especially enchanted by the animals

i d love a bit of entertainment in the place as it s so busy and there are lots of kids
