my toilet was clogged but they took care of it also that was a lil noisy also the bar area didn t stay open

we usually will take the hotel up on there breakfast bar but they were not ready to have the bar area for food

the room itself was spacious and the pool had a great temperature

rooms are typical, but has lots of space near pool to let kids run and play so doesn't feel claustrophobic

was very nice but had a kids birthday party in it

the indie pool definitely needs to be cleaned/ the kids couldn't use it at all/ teh outside pool is very nice

room was over pool and hot tub was dirty and kids were jumping in the hot tub and then jumping off the back of

beautiful lobby and friendly staff. pool was great for the kids. the breakfast was really good!

the staff were all very friendly and didn't seem to mind that we had a wild bunch of kids with us

place to stay if your kids attend woodward or you are visiting penn state and do not want to stay in the center

when i went to the lounge, i ordered food & was told the kitchen was closed

hotel is pet friendly but they have no area at the hotel to let your dog to go to the bathroom and no bottom

the walls needed painting and the wifi advertised as free was limited

perfect for psu parents visiting there kids..

we liked everything -- the kids missed the pool

the sitting area in the rooms is so key for families with kids. parking is so convenient

you had to walk the kids across a street to a parking lot and pay separate for that

families already spend so much moving their kids there and $550 for one night is outrageous but families hands

we booked for the pool the kids were excited about but it was freezing citing a malfunction with the heater

was not too much of an issue but there was a lot of noise in the hallways with kids (young) screaming and yelling

kids were talking downstairs and weren t being very loud but kept being told to be quiet

breakfast offering was varied and well stocked. my kids really liked the waffle maker.

woke up late for our school visit, but the kids were able to take part of the breakfast items that were available

we were also invited to a taco tailgate that the kids loved

although their website advertises room service, when i requested to have food sent to my room because the

wanted a glass of wine at 9:45pm but they had already closed up the bar and i couldn t buy a bottle of wine

the staff was very friendly, even kept the bar opened late for us so that we could enjoy a cocktail after our
